A few weeks ago I posted this Summer Salad recipe. Now it’s time for some dessert… and it’s oh so delicious! This light, refreshing dessert will be a hit at any party or a late night snack.
Yogurt Pie
A light dessert to top off any meal!
Ingredients
- 2 6 oz. yogurt cups your choice of flavor
- 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 1 Keebler pie crust or 12 Keebler mini pie crusts
Instructions

Let Cool Whip thaw 30 minutes.

Fold yogurt into Cool Whip. Do not mix. You want the Cool Whip to stay light and fluffy.

Scoop mixture into pie crust(s). Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve.
How easy is that!? It is so delicious… I think I’ll grab some for myself right now.
